Small things, like water, may always let us overlook them or look them down, but when we compare them with our lives and take care of them, they can shine a bright light.

That night, I lay and enjoyed the quiet environment of my bedroom. The light from the lamp was pale as chalk.

The hard stress of study which comes from everyday life is on my shoulders, making me breathless. The feeling of hopelessness coming from the low scores and making mistakes increased and became more serious after my ill jokes were made up.

There weren’t jokes and hopelessness, pains and hurt, but a quiet small square black space.

In a state of half-dreaming, a bright light of a round thing shooting through the windows lit my face, including my heart, bringing me back down to earth. It was so bright that I couldn’t almost open my eyes, drawing my interest at the same time. I hardly looked at the moon because it was too common to watch, but on that day, it gave me treasure-like warmth and kept the ill things away from me. My heart was cleaned by the light as pure as water. After that, when I’m alone at night, I can’t help but raise my head and find the position of the moon; it can give me only comfort.

Small things, like water, seem to be so small, but just a drop of water suffices…
